The standard install completely hides the weapon inventory. If you wish to keep it visible follow the advanced instructions.

Backup the Flash folder located at Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\resource\flash

Extract/Copy the Steamapps Folder into your Steam directory replacing the default ones.

Extract/Open zip file. Navigate to the Flash folder. Copy the SWF Files you wish to use to the Flash directory in step 1. The install.jpg shows each HUD element and it's SWF name for easy reference.

Replace the Flash directory with the backup you created earlier. If you do not have a backup, delete the Flash folder.

Then open steam, right click CS:GO > properties > local files > verify integrity of game cache. It will then download a fresh copy.
